As a kind of Christmas present from me to you, I present a link I found (sorry, no embedding allowed) to part one of the 1951 film version of A Christmas Carol, starring the great British actor Alastair Sim as Scrooge. It’s often considered to be the definitive film version, and if you don’t have time to re-read the Dickens story this holiday it’s a very enjoyable substitute.
